REEF-LUX 450 MIL-K
A Stringer that gave up range and explosive arrows in exchange for a fast charge, fast firing and charge hold. Its uncharged rapid-fire painting is among the best of all weapons, and its main job is painting and support, cycling specials fast to back up the team. You can one-shot with all 3 arrows, but it's hard to do consistently. GameWith rates it top tier in Turf War, but it doesn't appear on their tier list for ranked modes.

Strengths
- Uncharged rapid fire paints extremely well, so specials charge up fast
- The charge is quick, it doesn't slow down in the air, and it has charge hold, so you can fight on the move
- Each arrow hits hard at 45 damage, so even 2 arrows chunk enemies badly, and all 3 is a one-shot
- Spamming uncharged shots breaks the Rainmaker's shield very quickly
- The base version can cycle Tenta Missiles fast to scout and move long-range players again and again
Watch out for
- Arrows are slow and spread out, so landing all 3 for a one-shot is hard to do consistently
- The arrows don't explode on impact, so there's nothing to make up for a miss
- Its range is on the short side, so it loses fights with long-range weapons
- It paints little under your feet and is pretty defenseless while charging
- Struggles against short-range weapons that close in before you charge, like the Splash-o-matic, against Tetra Dualies that dodge shots with mobility, and against the Splatana Stamper, which chips you from outside your range
Tips
- In the opening, stay off the front line. Paint as fast as you can and fire Tenta Missiles, which also scouts
- Fire missiles just before your teammates start a fight, locking on to as many enemies as possible. Firing them randomly just helps enemies charge their specials
- To one-shot faraway enemies, jump-shoot to line the arrows up vertically, and quickly clean up with fast partial charges if you miss
- Use charged shots in ambush-like situations, like climbing a wall with charge hold and firing from the top
